Welcome to Econloria (econloria.top). We specialize in economic leadership with values. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our offerings, including live and virtual programs, digital courses, and physical products. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Econloria provides various programs such as workshops, seminars, coaching sessions, and conferences designed to enhance leadership skills grounded in economic principles and ethical values.

2. Information Products

Our digital courses, modules, and downloadable resources (collectively, “Information Products”) are available for on-demand access through our platform. Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials and links to access the materials.

3. Goods

We also offer branded materials and learning aids (“Goods”), which are physical items shipped to your address.

4. Ordering and Fees

All orders must be placed through our website. Fees are stated in your local currency. You agree to provide accurate billing details. Missing or incorrect data may delay processing.

5. Cancellations and Changes

You may request cancellation or schedule changes by contacting us as soon as possible. Approval is subject to availability and our policies below.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled start date, you may request a refund of the amount paid, less an administrative charge of 10%. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form and will be processed within 14 days of approval. You may also opt to transfer your registration to another session offered within 12 months of the original date. No refund or transfer is available for on-demand coaching or customized consulting services after delivery has commenced, due to the tailored nature of those offerings.

6.2 Information Products

For digital courses, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 10% of the content. Requests must be sent via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days. No requests will be accepted after the 7-day review period or if usage exceeds the threshold, to protect intellectual property rights and ensure fair usage.

6.3 Goods

Goods may be shipped back to Econloria in original condition within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued within 14 days. Custom or personalized items are exempt from refunds due to their bespoke nature.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting at econloria.top/terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
